A candidate will be eligible for admission to LL.B. three year course if he/she has obtained bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any recognized University with 10+2+3 system and secured not less than 45% marks at graduation level. 40% marks for SC/ST candidates.
No age limit for LL.B. three year.
Admission will be made in the basis of merit list/entrance examination.
Reservation and weightage shall be applied as per University rules/Govt. orders.
All disputes regarding interpretation of provisions of these rules shall be refereed to admission committee of this college whose decision shall be final and binding.
All the legal matters/disputes pertaining to admission shall be subject the Lucknow Judicature only.
Eligibility/Rules for Admission to B.A. LL.B. (5 Yrs.)
A candidate will be eligible for admission to B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) course if he/she has completed intermediate or equivalent examination recognized by any board of education with 10+2 system and secured not less than 45% marks at Intermediate level. However for SC/ST candidate’s minimum percentage will be 40%.
No age boundation for the prescribed course.
Admission will be made in the basis of merit list/entrance test.

Withdrawal Rules and Regulations
Guardians of students should send an application to the principal with reasons of their intention to withdraw their wards form the college in advance (one month) and take their Transfer Certificate/Character Certificate from each section / Unit of the College.
